The spacious modern bathrooms offered a refreshing touch and convenience during our stay.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was ineffective, leaving us uncomfortable during the night.

Location is perfect for accessing the Eurotunnel. There’s great shopping nearby. The room setup was spacious for our family, including two adults and two teens. We loved having a microwave and a mini-bar at our disposal. Breakfast featured fresh bread, croissants, and a good selection of fruits and drinks, making mornings enjoyable. the air conditioning was a major letdown, with the room remaining uncomfortably warm despite the system not cooling. Pet policy was a plus, but the lack of soundproofing meant we faced noise disturbances from adjacent rooms.

The parking area looks shabby and is shared with security vehicles, creating an uninviting first impression. Room cleanliness was lacking. dusty shelves and damp bedding were noticeable, and poor drainage in the shower led to water pooling. There were delays in replacing a broken kettle, and the lack of regular front desk presence contributed to minor inconveniences.

Absolutely loved indulging in some miso soup post a delightful evening out. The local spots like Café Vin and Ibis Kitchen offered scrumptious bites within walking distance. Our room was spacious and perfectly clean, fitting for a family of four. The helpful and funny staff at reception made our stay even better.

While the room had everything we needed and was comfortable, it felt a bit tired. The carpet near the bathroom entrance was peeling a tad, and the wardrobe panelling bore some scuffs. For the price, I'd expect a fresher look, but everything still shined.

during my stay, I was thrilled to find several delicious restaurants just a few steps away, including Café Vin and Ibis Kitchen, making dining very convenient, and the breakfast selection was one of the best I've experienced, so overall I felt well taken care of.

Excellent hotel just a two-minute drive from the Euro centre and very close to the shuttle. Our family loved the spacious Executive Suite with premium bedding and complimentary refreshments in the fridge. The staff were incredibly helpful and even upgraded our rooms at no extra cost!

A bit pricey compared to some nearby hotels.
